17. Return, refund and cancellation policy

If you should wish to cancel an order, you must do so via e-mail the same day to avoid charges. All cancellations after the day of purchase may be subject to a credit card processing fee.

Cancellations received after we have sent out the order will be subject to a credit card processing fee and the cost of the return postage.
You must also pay for the return of the order in its original condition via Royal Mail Special Delivery / courier. We cannot accept returns without a return order number, this is the invoice number. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items, so please ensure appropriate postal cover.
At Seabridge Marine if you are not totally satisfied we will refund or exchange items up to 10 days after the products delivery date. Except custom ordered/custom made items. Where a second item/exchange has been sent out free of charge, by ourselves, and is then returned to us for a refund we will deduct the cost of the postage from the product cost.
We ask that the items be returned in their original condition with packaging. Please include your name, address and invoice number. Return postage cannot be refunded unless items are returned, as described above, within 7 days (UK Delivery.)
- Custom made or custom ordered parts are non-refundable, and non exchangeable.
- Electronic units are subject to a handling charge
Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged returned parts, so please ensure appropriate (Insured) postal cover.
We must be notified within 24hrs of any goods found to be damaged in transit
Returns may be subject to delivery costs and credit card charges in certain cases.
At Seabridge Marine we reserve the right to refuse a product if not returned within its original new and unused condition.
18. We will not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods which is due to events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, or for any business or personal losses.
19. The information and advice given verbally by Seabridge, and information contained in our sales documentation is for general guidance purposes only.
